Operations

The Operations Department oversees the internal workings of the Bethel Student Association and seeks to maximize the effectiveness of the organization in serving the student body.  This department functions in five distinct capacities:

  • Ensuring that the organizational structure and the working relationships between individuals and departments within BSA operate at maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Attracting, developing, and maintaining the human resources of the organization
  • Keeping the departments accountable to their mission and ensuring their continued service to the student body
  • Responding to BSA-related student questions and concerns
  • Maintaining the office facilities of BSA.

The Executive Chief of Staff and Director of Human Resources strive to serve the BSA staff by providing any needed support or accountability in order to create an environment in which students can be developed, inspired, and connected.
