Leadership Development
The Leadership Development Department is responsible for equipping and training student leaders within BSA and throughout the rest of campus. Their work is done through Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society, the Foundational Leadership Program for first year students, the Fall Leadership Retreat, and the Leadershop Series. It is the desire of this department to see all leaders on campus have the tools and the training to be effective in their roles.
