What
So what exactly is LI3? LI3 is an identity centered leadership development program which stands for "leadership identification, integration and influence." That means we start with YOU! You'll be taking 4 assessments (Strengths Finder, Meyers Briggs Type II, APEST and Character Matrix - it's ok if you've taken one of those before). We use those assessments to better understand who you are and from there, look at leadership from 4 different, yet totally connected perspectives.
Presence: Who are YOU ?
Proximity:
What type of leader are YOU in relation to others?
Powerlessness: How do YOU
imitate Christ to more organically imbed YOUR life in others?
Proclamation:
Where will YOU be able to best tell Christ's story through YOUR life?
There will be a lot of discussion and integration around these 4 areas. The last session is devoted entirely to trying to help students figure out what to do with this information now that they have it.
When/Where
LI3_
will be meeting for 6 times; January 15,22,28 and February 5,12,19.

How much does it Cost?
To cover the cost of the assessments, as well as other materials and the training, LI3_ is being offered for just $35 for current Bethel students. If cost is an issue for you, but you’d still like to participate, please come talk to us. Dinner is also included in the cost each night.
A big part of this program has to do with influence. The cost of this program is $90, but we are offering it to current Bethel student for free!
BUT, here’s the catch!
If after we're done, you found this program to be a catalytic experience in
your life, [one that was beneficial to knowing more about who God has created
you to be and where you should be doing it] we want YOU to pay for
someone to have that same experience! You can recommend a
friend/acquaintance for the program, and donate a $35 SCHOLARSHIP for them to go through it. Think of this as one more way you can cultivate and impact the leadership
culture at Bethel.
If you hate LI3_ you owe nothing.
Since this is a highly subjective system, it’s on the honor system; if you
loved it, but just don’t want to pay… well Jesus knows your heart. ;-) We will
do some survey’s and a short exit interview when we’re done to see how it went.
