LI3_ Leadership: Identification. Integration. Influence.

Are these important questions? Perhaps these are the most important questions you will face in the next year. The answers to these questions will determine your life’s direction for 10-15 years.

How you answer these questions will influence how you live tomorrow, what degree you graduate with, what relationships you chose to pursue, where you choose to live, what career you begin, and whom you will influence.

LI3_ will be the beginning of a personal transformation as an individual, a disciple of Christ, and as a leader making an impact God’s kingdom.

WHAT is LI3_?

LI3 is an identity centered leadership development program which stands for "leadership identification, integration and influence." You'll be taking 4 assessments (Strengths Finder, Myers Briggs Type II, APEST and The Character Matrix). Using those assessments, we will look at your;

Presence: Who are YOU? What makes you unique?
Proximity: What type of leader are YOU in relation to others?
Powerlessness: How do YOU imitate Christ to more organically imbed YOUR life in others?
Proclamation: Where will YOU be able to best tell Christ's story through YOUR life?

WHEN?

LI3_ will be meeting 6 times; October 21, 28, November 4, 11, 18, 25. 5:45 – 8:00 p.m. The last session will be an integrative adventure in Minneapolis.

HOW much does it Cost?

To cover the cost of the assessments, as well as other materials and the training, LI3_ is being offered for just $35 for current Bethel students. If cost is an issue for you, but you’d still like to participate, please come talk to us. Dinner is also included in the cost each night.
