How we do it
Vision Trekk Synthesizes the following 4 elements.
Assessment based identification.
The assessments are utilized not to define the participants, but to release them.
Non-traditional classroom education.
Sometimes
the classroom is indeed a room, but more often it is found hiking up to
a glacier, lining a serene ocean view, or in the hum of an urban
landscape.
Guide influenced reflection and integration.
Instead of one person teaching, a co-ed group of guides will be assisting participants as they learn and integrate information.
Dynamic, hand-on experiences.
Life
changing learning occurs not only in the midst of knowledge
acquisition, but in experiential challenges and resolutions. These
challenges are identified as Trekking Components.
