Bethel University
The Bethel University Student Senate is the legislative branch of the BSA. Senate is lead by the Executive Chair of Senate and is comprised of twenty three senators. One senator is elected from Bodien, Edgren, and Getsch, and two senators are elected from Nelson. The remaining senators are elected by their class with each class electing six senators. The Senator with the most votes during the election will serve as the class president. Freshman class president will be selected by the freshman senators. The senate is responsible for allocating club and organization funding, dorm funding, and class funding as well as seeking out other areas on campus that require funding, administration attention, or that are of student concern.
Senate meets in the DC Terrace (HC 2nd Floor) Monday nights at 7:30pm. All Bethel community members are welcome to attend.
