Commons Table Request

This venue of advertising is available to campus departments, offices, and students. Any off-campus groups desiring to sell a product to students and interested in reserving a table must 1) be sponsored by a campus department or office AND 2) agree to pay a $50 usage fee, payable to Bethel University. (Exemptions include affinity groups of Bethel--e.g., MBC, BGC, etc.) Once collected, send this payment to Heather Richards, P.O. 2388, or bring it to the Office of Student Life. Questions about this policy should be directed to Heather Richards.

Table reservations are available beginning the first day of classes in the fall and ending the last day of classes in the spring. When reserved, these four tables are located along the brick wall in the courtyard area of Brushaber Commons. The limit is one table per presentation. This venue for advertising is overseen by the Commons managers. Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
